"Waited for us for about 40 minutes as we got delayed making it to the pickup point. Then as we had to wait 2-3 hours in the car as we could not leave Knebworth Grounds, the driver did not complain once, waited patiently through and let us sleep. We did not even ask for extra money but of course we paid him for the wait. Excellent service - thank you very much!!"
