"The driver and the car were good. The only problem I had was with the booking. I booked on line. The booking confirmation came through with the wrong date. I called to cancel and rearrange and was told I would still have to pay for the taxi that was booked in error. This caused me some consternation, but we did find a resolution and the rest of the service was perfect. "
